Le cirque romain et son image
A group of archaeologists, historians, philologists and architects from 10 countries met in the Ausonius Institute, Bordeaux in October 2006 to bring together their research on the Roman circus. Their contributions, over 20 in number, based on resolutely interdisciplinary approaches and making use of the most up-to-date technologies, help bring to life one of the most important and fascinating monuments of ancient Rome.
