Thanat'Os

The Thanat’Os collection was created in 2011 as part of the MSHA’s (Maison des Sciences de l’Homme d’Aquitaine) research and seeks to satisfy the curiosity of students and professionals working on archaeological sciences. It welcomes works surrounding Death and its phenomena in ancient societies of all periods. Priority was first given to interdisciplinary studies, at the crossroads of human and social sciences (history and archaeology) and biology, which bring together researchers from various horizons and sensibilities. Monographs or pioneering works are now also part of the collection.
